I am told if you steep it in hot water and a little milk and maybe sugar then you will have a dreamy nights sleep.
This place is soporific to begin with never mind my inborn tendencies to fall off to sleep just about any time any place. The fresh air, the altitude and sound of the river and birds all lend themselves to peaceful around the clock drowsiness.
Still, for those less lucky, this could be useful. I have lots of it. I could put an army to sleep for many years.
