I have also located what I believe is the ultimate in packaging for freshness and customer benefit. More to come. I have found generous sized natural paper lined bags that have the gas valves but also zip lock capability to keep it fresh once it is in the customers hands. I have been testing them for months and they really work for keeping the coffee fresh at home, which is vital to maintain the flavor.
It is amazing what you can do when you bring together expertise across many countries and start everything from scratch and think it through for quality. This is an International effort and one we are very proud of.
