It is Friday. Last night I made an enormous amount of Banoffee Pie for dinner and there was lots left this morning.
Banoffee Pie is a traditional British pudding. It has a biscuit crust, bananas in a toffee mixture in the middle and cream on top. No one here seems to have had it before - although it is a natural choice for the land of sugar and bananas and goes very well with coffee. In fact, Jamie Oliver (the Naked Chef) has a recipe that includes adding coffee to the cream.
