Sunday: Beautiful souls

My five year old has a new friend on the coffee farm who is also five years old and her pet bird.

Today is Sunday and like every Sunday it is a day for dressing up and going to church or doing our own prayers and reflections.

We had a special day practicing yoga and eating lunch at the fabulous Rancho de Caldera's new yoga pavilion.  It was a workout with some very special people.

Now we are all back home on the farm and the little girls are happily playing with her pet parrot.
