Tastes fabulous: Taking photos of coffee bags deceptively hard

Today, I selected my favorite roast profile.  Tasting notes are: Oranges, chocolate and nuts.  Good cream finish and strong body.   

As predicted, my pick was a medium roast.   That said, as I am roasting in small batches, I can roast darker on demand.  Just ask.

I have some great bags for the coffee.  They are made with one way valves and also a re-closeable zip lock seal.  This means you can keep the coffee fresh easily at home in between grinds.
